Target your communication: seminar for communication staff in Berlin

Communication managers met in Berlin on 24-25 May 2011 to look at the draft communication plans, exchange ideas and to get training in communications.

More than 50 participants from 35 projects, trainers from Pinnacle and Joint Technical Secretariat attended the event. The first day of the seminar was dedicated to the communication plans. We went through the communication aims, target groups, project messages and communication channels, covered also evaluation of the communication plan and division of responsibilities. During the second day we had working sessions on writing skills, media relations, online and social media.
