Report: Achievements of Europe´s Regional Policy, 2004-2009

DG Regio has recently produced a report on role and achievements of EU Regional Policy from 2004 to 2009. This five year period marks the mandate for the current European Commission.

The 28-page report provides an overview of the main results of Regional Policy initiatives since 2004. Its Chapter 3 "Preparing the ground for the future Regional Policy" presents the main initiatives and concepts currently in discussion in view of preparing the post 2013 period.
