The Conference offered an opportunity to take a closer look upon 28 projects implemented under the Baltic Sea Region INTERREG III B Neighbourhood Programme. Results achieved illustrated the added value of transnational cooperation to Russian and Belarusian regions. Alongside with this, participants were introduced with the new Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 and the programme´s new priorities. The requirements of the 1st call for project proposals launched in Spring 2008 were explained to interested applicants. Around 60 project ideas were presented and discussed at the "Partner Search Café". A project exhibition illustrated how cooperation works in practice.
