Programme Manual updated

A new version of the Programme Manual is available. The German members of the Monitoring Committee of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007‑2013 withdrew their reservations concerning chapters 11.2.2 and 11.3 and approved the updated version of the Programme Manual. The new version 2.1 is valid as from 18.12.2008 on and can be downloaded in the Documents section.

For those who already have versions 1.0 or 2.0 of the Programme Manual, the document with tracked changes and the list of changes is available.
