Team Leader Finances and Administration

Thomas is the central contact point between the JTS, the Managing Authority and the Certifying Authority at Investitionsbank Schleswig Holstein and he supports the Programme authorities in fulfilling its tasks. In addition, he is responsible for managing Programme finances including Technical Assistance, as well as for JTS staff and office administration. He also leads the team of Finance Officers at the JTS.

Adviser for Audit and Control

Rostislav is a member of the Finance Team. He is responsible for monitoring the financial part of progress reports and for providing advice and information to applicants and project partners on implementation, reporting and budgetary issues. In addition, Rostislav is responsible for providing advice to projects concerning questions of audit and control. He also supports the first level controllers and the second level auditors of the Member States and Norway and acts as the main liaison point for the Audit Authority and the Group of Auditors. Rostislav is involved in the preparation of the new programme, with particular regard to the simplification & harmonisation of audit and control procedures.
