Managing Authority

The Managing Authority (MA) is responsible for the overall management and implementation of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013. This involves collaboration with other programme bodies such as the Monitoring Committee, the Certifying Authority and the Audit Authority as well as with the European Commission and other EU-funded programmes. The MA is hosted by Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) and supported by the Joint Technical Secretariat.

Susanne Scherrer

Director of the Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat Rostock/Riga

Susanne represents the Managing Authority of the programme (Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein). She is responsible for overall programme and staff management at the offices of the MA and the JTS (Kiel, Rostock & Riga). Further on, she leads the programme's information and communication team.

Gudrun Dittrich

Managing Authority/Programme Manager

Gudrun is part of the Managing Authority's team within the Baltic Sea Region's Programme 2007-2013. Being the central contact point between the Managing Authority, the JTS and the Audit Authority, she coordinates information exchange and reporting at programme level, including audit & controls as well as evaluations.
