Management and Control System: approved by MC

On 18 December the Managing Authority submitted to the European Commission the Description of the Management and Control System, together with the Audit Authority's compliance assessment.

This mandatory document was produced by the Managing Authority, JTS and Certifying Authority, in close cooperation with the Monitoring Committee's Task Force Legal Framework and the Audit Authority. The Monitoring Committee approved the document on 10 December 2008. The European Commission will assess the description at the beginning of 2009.
