Lead Partner seminar in Rostock: presentations
Around 65 participants representing 24 approved first call projects took part in the first Lead Partner seminar of the Programme on the 24-25 February in Rostock/Germany. The aim of this seminar was to support Lead Partners in carrying out their daily project routines.
During the seminars the Joint Technical Secretariat staff informed about the main Programme rules and requirements, provided practical guidance on how to fill in progress reports and challenged participants with group works. On the second day two specific working sessions were organised - project managers were informed about activity reporting and how to set indicators and financial managers learned more about financial management and reporting. At the end of the seminar individual project consultations gave opportunity to discuss project specific issues in more details.
The seminar was hosted by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce/ Enterprise Europe Network Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. A joint "Get Together" in the hanseatic atmosphere facilitated networking and helped participants to get to know each other, share experiences and discuss possible future cooperation.

Next steps. Detailed information on how to change the project data form (e.g. due to the drop out of the Russian partners) is currently being developed and will be sent to Lead Partners in April. A functional progress report (excel file) will be available on the Programme website at the end of May. The predefined progress report template will be sent to the Lead Partners at the end of June.
