The Joint Technical Secretariat at Rostock and Riga is working in four teams: programme management, projects, finances, communication. We think European. Our working style is based on information, interaction and participation. Everybody matters. We like flat hierarchies and we trust people. We cannot pay you a fortune but our aim is to make you feel respected and valued in any of our teams. We have established a feed-back culture and care for individual development plans.
Our team working at Kiel and Rostock are employed by Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH). IB.SH is a public development bank owned by the German federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. Employment contracts are legally subject to the German Labour Code. Our team at the Riga office is employed by the Latvian State Regional Development Agency, and employment contracts follow the Latvian Labour Code. We are financed by Programme funds (EU funds and national co-financing from the EU countries and Norway).
