Communication Seminar for projects, 14-15 April 2010 in Berlin
The seminar is addressed to communication managers or those responsible for communication issues in the projects. The aim of the seminar is to help projects to prepare communication plans and to improve communication and PR skills. Projects approved in the second call (priorities 1, 3 & 4) have to submit their communication plans to the Secretariat by 31 May 2010.
Two persons per project are invited. The seminar will take 1.5 days. The afternoon session on 14 April will deal with the project communication plans. We will discuss the draft plans sent by all projects. On 15 April we will run three parallel training sessions on:
- writing skills,
- media relations,
- organising events and internal communication.
Every participant will get a chance to take part in each of the three sessions. For more information please check the agenda. The seminar will be facilitated by external experts from a PR company and the communication officers of the Joint Technical Secretariat.
Please inform us about your participation by registering at eu.baltic.net/Com_sem.5590.html by 2 April the latest. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
The event will take place in the NH Hotel Berlin-Friedrichstrasse. Please check the practical information for more details. Participants are responsible for their travelling and accommodation. There is no participation fee. The event will be held in English.
Please send your draft communication plans to firstname.lastname@example.org by 26 March. This will help us to prepare the working session on communication plans and focus the discussion on examples. We will pre-assess your draft plans and send you feedback before the seminar.
